My Art Stack’s returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return items purchased on My Art Stack for any reason within the 30 days specified return/replacement period (check product details page for the same). We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. There are two ways to return the product to us:

Self-Ship: If we don’t offer a pick up at your location. In such cases, we will credit the shipping costs in the form of My Art Stack credits provided the product meets the return policy and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us.
During Pick Up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the return. For a successful pick up, we will initiate a refund for the return amount into the refund mode selected at the time of initiating the return request. This refund may not be applicable for some pin codes in which case refund will be initiated after the product has been received at our warehouse and has passed a quality check. If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you..

We value your satisfaction and strive to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. Please take note of our updated refund policy details:

  • Refund Duration: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date we receive your returned item. Please ensure the product is in its original condition to avoid any delays.
  • Refund Repayment Method: All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during your purchase. If you used a credit card, the refund will be applied to that card. For PayPal transactions, the refund will be processed back to your PayPal account.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. Hand Bags must be packed in the original box).
1) My Art Stack will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, My Art Stack would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User

2) If you self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

3) If you self-ship your returns, your shipping costs would be reimbursed subject to your return having met our Returns and Exchange Policy and the image of the courier receipt is shared by you and validated by us. For self ship returns the refund for returned products will only be initiated if they pass through a quality check conducted at the warehouse. If the quality check fails the product will be reshipped back to you.

Replacement Policy

Replacement of a product is allowed only under the following circumstances:

The customer can replace the product unit received within 10 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement unit delivered to the customer.
Replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product delivered in defective condition or has a physical damage within 24 hours of receipt of the product
Replacement with a fresh box unit can be provided to the customer if the customer establishes that the product delivered is not functioning properly within 10 days from the date of delivery.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our website support team. The request will, however, be entertained once a My Art Stack team member has checked and determined the same at his own end. This is typically reported back to the customer within 24 hours of receipt of the products by My Art Stack.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per the specifications, you must bring it to the notice of our website support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. The website support team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of replacement, the whole product package with the product and its accessories intact will be picked up by the courier boy arranged by us.
A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:
An electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.


Cancellation Policy

We believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. However, under this policy:

Cancellations request will not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the customers and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that have been obtained on special occasions. (These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.)


Product Pricing

Product prices listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updating may occur. We reserve the right to cancel the order incase a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the correct price. In the rare event that happens, we will give a full refund of all money received from the customer.
Prices are subject to change without advance notice.
All prices on this web site in Indian Rupees. For international cards used on the site, the banks applicable exchange rate and charges will apply. We have no jurisdiction on this and any disputes or queries on exchange rates and bank charges need to be directed to the bank or institution that issued your card or payment instrument
All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at the time of receipt of money and raising of an invoice.

Out of Stock situations

Our endeavor is to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for dispatch to the buyer. However, in case the same is not available for any reason, we will contact you within 2 business days and give you the option to exchange, delay or cancel the order based on your convenience.


Delivery of products

Purchases are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses/ stores or offices from various points in India. Our endeavor is to make the products reach you within 7-10 Business days from receipt of order and payment depending on the address for delivery.
Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third-party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services usually between 10.30 am – 7 pm Monday –Saturday.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.
Since the transactions are authorized by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order
We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.
All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store. Also, the said shortage of goods needs be highlighted and signed on the Proof of delivery copy and returned to the delivery person.
In case your order has not been delivered but is reflecting “Delivered” on the tracker, please highlight it within 24 hours or else we will not be able to process your request.
